In season 1 episode 2 Henrik asks about the brother of the fisherman and he goes on a quite graphic rant about how he found his brother after he killed himself by hanging.
*graphic* In season 2 episode 1 Hermine is in bed watching the camera that Adam put up. He knows she's watching so he goes to the second floor, ties a noose around his neck and jumps. Hermine rushes over only to find Adam sitting there with a drink in his hand. The hanging isn't mentioned, but you can see the noose in several shots before she finally exits the home.
The scene is mentioned in passing when Hermine is in Henrik's office, and when Henrik meets up with Adam.
