Not including the mental institution in S1E5, there are a couple of post-autopsy scenes. S1E1, at about 11 minutes in, after she asks to see the body. It lasts for a couple of minutes (my Netflix is being a butt & won't pause when I want it to), but when you hear the guy telling the woman she's beautiful, you're good to go.
S1E6, about 2 1/2 minutes in, after she asks for money. It goes back & forth between the body and talking to the landlady fo a few minutes. She says, "Goodbye Maya," and the theme music starts a few seconds later. Once the theme music starts, you're good to go. Neither scene is graphic - both girls are sewn up & clean. Though, there is a basin of bloody water in the E6 scene, and yiu can see that somebody is doing an autopsy in the background of E1. You can't see much, though.
