There is a scene with a force kiss between the link and his gf if I recall correctly.
And then there is a scene where Velma Von Tussle is trying to make out with tracy's dad against his will. She ends up on his lap.

There is a scene where a character intends to make someone cheat/look like they are cheating, but it does not work.

Tracy's dad sleeps on whoopie cushions, making a fart noise. Then he says, "That one was me," meaning that he farted and not the whoopie cushions.

Plus-size women are major characters, one of them is a shut-in for shame of her body. (She gets better.)

One character (villain) briefly mentions that one she doesn't eat dessert, as it is one of the reasons why she is pretty, and it is meant to oppose her to the main fat character, which might be disturbing for some people.

It’s not a joke I don’t think. The role is traditionally played by a drag queen, and while John Travolta is not a drag queen the movie doesn’t regard him as a “man in a dress”, they regard the character as a woman. She’s a woman in the movie, not a “man in a dress”, and I feel like the movie doesn’t mock this in any way. People could precive this as a joke but I don’t think the movie treats it that way.

Velma implies that a girl's nose is too big, before saying 'Oy gevalt!' suggesting that she believes this girl is Jewish due to her facial features.

The main antagonist and her mother make frequent jokes or left-handed compliments at the expense of the protagonist (and her mother). Neither of these characters are meant to be sympathetic.

Yes the word "negro" is used several times throughout the movie. It is as a reflection of what used to be the norm in those days.

A female character is played by a male actor (John Travolta), and it is meant to be seen as comical (despite no character making fun of her). Not misgendering but some people might want to know it beforehand.

A teenage pregnancy is implied. An antagonist makes it try to look like the main character's father is cheating on her mother (no actual sexual content, just pulling him into an embrace to immediately push him away in "surprise").
