Near the end of the wedding scene at the beginning, the groom is standing up on a table and everyone is encouraging him to chug a pitcher of beer. He drinks for a while then vomits some of the liquid out, twice. Hard to tell if he's vomiting or just spitting it out. It's not too graphic - shown from a distance, visible but not audible. You won't miss anything important if you skip from when he gets up on the table to the end of the scene.
