There is a cat in the movie. But nothing happens to the cat. It nearly kills a dumb ass security guard though through sheer fright.

A male nurse pretends to be a patient in bed and grabs a female nurse to pull her on top of him and starts kissing her. We later find out that they have a romantic relationship but it feels uncomfortable in the moment

In addition to the two comments above; a character is hit by a car and is set aflame in the accident. It is unclear if he was alive or dead before the flames, and you see the charred remains later.

Michael kills people who beat him up and there a scene soon after where you see him eating them. It’s dark so it’s not that visible but there are gross sounds and if it bothers you I wouldn’t watch that part at least. Around 40 minutes maybe a little sooner.

A person is strangled to death. It’s out of focus and in the background.

End of the first film/beginning of this film show Myers falling from a second story window after being shot. He does not die, you do not see him hit the ground.

A child has candy with razor blades in it and spits blood around 15 minutes in. It's obscured but you can hear some sound.

There is a flash back of young Michael when he was living at institution. Very brief and he’s just sitting there

You see needles going into arm for blood testing & medication delivery early on, and later there are kills with needles in the eyes.

There is no body dysmorphia. Not sure why someone keeps saying yes in the Halloween movies, as there is none in any of them

Michael’s mental illness is not specific; he has been at a psychiatric hospital most of his life and is frequently referred to as a “mental patient.” Dr. Loomis and others insist his violent behavior is caused by evil and that’s he isn’t mentally ill at all, but rather inhuman.

There are a few shots from Myer's perspective early on that are POV & slightly shakey but nothing too crazy or frequent.

Micheal is supposed to be mentally ill and a violent, inhuman killer which isnt a great look.

as mentioned in a comment on the 1978 movie's page, dr loomis - michael's psychiatrist - uses some pretty dehumanising language when discussing him. you could interpret it as michael being literally nonhuman, but it's still quite uncomfortable to see a professional talk about their patient that way

a guy gets his throat cut, a woman is stabbed with a syringe, another woman is scalded to death in a hot tub (these are all seen close up) in addition to other stuff ... (SPOILER) Michael burns to death at the end and it's relatively drawn out
