Dr. Daniel Challis and Ellie Grimbridge stumble onto a gruesome murder scheme when Ellie's novelty-salesman father, Harry, is killed while in possession of a halloween mask made by the Silver Shamrock mask company. The company's owner, Conal Cochran, wants to return Halloween to its darker roots using his masks -- and his unspeakable scheme would unleash death and destruction across the country.

Personally, it wasn't triggering as it just oozes out of a humanoid robot's mouth. The main character pins him down and punches him in the stomach...and his arm goes through the robot's stomach relieving his blood is indeed Yellow. The yellow "blood" oozes out of the robot's mouth.
Second time: 1:27:47 - also not true v* but worse than the first
After main two characters drop the coins on the robot guys (they are in the rafters), one robot guy falls and the yellow "blood" expels from his mouth. More like v* than first but still not terribly triggering
No audio either time only visual.
