At 40:50, the broomstick shop has some pretty unrealistic spider decorations outside in the background. Right after they’re in the ice cream shop and grandma notices that Marnie is missing. The scene lasts until 46:10. At 59:30 ish, there’s another spider decoration in the background of the hair salon, but only briefly, after Marnie picks up a hairdryer. There were some cobwebs in the cinema, but I didn’t notice any real spiders.

In the sauna scene, the ghost is kept in the sweat extractor for a bit too long and seems a bit distressed when he comes out. He has a squeaky voice and holds is swim shorts up against his body, they stay on though.

The main setting of the movie is a town full of supernatural creatures, including ghosts. One scene depicts a ghost (a normal-looking man who is near transparent) going to a steam room. This scene is completely comedic rather than frightening. A woman also does an impressive imitation of a ghost's moan for her grandchildren, one of which is dressed in the classic white bedsheet ghost costume.
