Humphreys fiance Martha, whose ex is her business partner has been flirting on and off with her so far throughout the show. After closing the Cafe for the day he talks to her about a few things, basically accuses her of not being happy with Humphrey and forcibly kisses her. She pushes him away and slaps him (good on her!) This scene is witnessed by Marthas mother who prevents Humphrey from walking in and seeing it.

SPOILER ALERT
Season 1 Episode 1 Towards the end of the Episode a main character who is pregnant via IVF starts to experience pain but tells no one and goes home and is then shown going into the bathroom. It then cuts back to the main plot. After solving the crime Humphrey comes home and his fiance comes out of the bathroom clearly upset and he goes to walk into the bathroom but she stops him and they hug and cry. So whilst we are not necessarily shown anything it's still a very upsetting moment and will be very triggering. It's also mentioned again briefly in Episode 2 and whether they'll try ivf again etc
