Venus' cat Sherbet is killed and flayed by the god trapped in her shed. However, upon seeing her distress at her death, it brings him back to life. So now Sherbet is a skinned zombie cat with impossible anatomy and bones all rearranged. He is largely unbothered by this.

Venus' cat Sherbet is killed. It isn't permanent, but his appearance is drastically altered, including no skin and hollow eyes. He's rather annoyed he has to wear a stuffed animal's fur to keep warm now.
