You see a dog attempt to attack someone and then the next thing you see the body of the dog fall to the floor with blood on it's underside from having been presumably stabbed. It's pretty quick, not drawn out.

I do recall a scene where the killer is giving himself head with someones decapitated head. Very brief but definitely disturbing. It's almost more implied, but we see him appear to be receiving oral in a vehicle before he throws a decapitated head out the truck.

Thought I would add to this since it triggered me a bit while watching. A character is restrained with chains,but they also have a gag in their mouth and their nose is a bit bloody. It was definitely shocking to see, especially when that character started sobbing/wailing with the gag in.

This is a very gory movie. I like gore and blood in horror movies,it doesn’t tend to bother me. But some things they did managed to shock me even. I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone who isn’t into gore or blood in their horror movies.

Squashed and decapitated at the same time. The man of the house gets his head trapped between rungs by a staircase so his whole head is sticking out and the bars are against his neck. The killer pushes a HUGE heavy piece of furniture (I think it was a very substantial chest of drawers quickly into/over him (the exposed head), which ends up quickly ripping his head off and smashing it. Actually if gore bothers you, you are definitely watching the wrong movie.

This is a spoiler,but the character who has been violently murdering everyone does t know she’s the one doing it. After she gets caught, the next time we see her is in a hospital/mental asylum, where she will probably live the rest of her life in. She looks creepy as hell too
