When the main character (Jay Hernandez) is in the torture chair with a ball gag in his mouth, as soon as the guy comes back with a chainsaw - close up of wrists struggling against cuffs, close up of eyes widening - and then he very graphically v*****. The guy takes off the gag and... it just goes on from there. This is one of ~those~ scenes that traumatized me when I was younger and wish their had been an app like this to warn me. Because clearly it's still fresh in my mind (and I haven't seen it in years). Be warned. Eli Roth does this sort of thing frequently.
