The series follows Mahiro Oyama, an otaku and NEET who lives alone with his scientist younger sister Mihari. One day he wakes up as a young girl, a result of one of Mihari's experiments. Mahiro must now learn become comfortable in his new body and live life a middle school girl, all while making friends in his new school.

While nothing is visibly shown throughout the series, the show has such a plethora of extremely suggestive moments (including two sexually charged bait and switch gags) and characters are nude/nearly nude several times; the final episode is the most sexually explicit, as a character is very heavily implied to have orgasmed (even though nothing is actually shown). It is not actually a pornographic series, but I would still advise against watching this one in public.
