When Sophie first meets Howl, they are followed by the witch of the wastes's minions and the witch of the wastes later appears in Sophie's workplace uninvited after hours. Sophie's second meeting with Howl includes a note secretly left in her possession by the witch of the wastes. Howl later includes the Witch of the Wastes in the ranks of people and things he has run from or continues to run from. These incidents heavily imply that the witch of the wastes is stalking Howl, and her hex on Sophie was partly because Sophy was with Howl during the morning that day.

There are characters that go through physical transformations (grow wings, sprout feathers, etc) it's not anything graphic by any means, there's no blood, but it can be a little unsettling

The witch's powers are drained without consent or warning and it appears uncomfortable.

Lottie says Sophie got kidnapped by Howl, but that wasn't the case. No one gets kidnapped, but a character thinks it.

There are heads and busts in the hat shop, none of them have faces or features, they're just to display the hats

No. Nor military propaganda. The war that takes place over the course of the film, and is seen as a negative thing altogether.

howl does seem to struggle with his physical appearance and only considered himself beautiful as a blonde. he uses an extensive combination of potions to achieve that. when these potions get accidentally messed up by sophie and turns back dark-haired, he flies essentially in to a rage and appears greatly distressed.

Whilst he isn’t confirmed Autistic so it’s not exactly a meltdown in an Autism sense, Howl gets very distressed when his hair changes colour. He makes big facial expressions/gestures and then falls into a bit of a depressive state. Then sort of becomes a bird…. It’s hard to explain lol

Not confirmed. Some characters display traits of mental illness and Howls emotions are a bit up and down

There are a few instances that could feel somewhat claustrophobic, like howl’s cluttered enclosed bedroom in the nightmare or the castle after collapsing for example. Cramped spaces but no intense claustrophobia

Not explicitly, but a character does say something along the lines of “There is no point in living if I cannot be beautiful.”

During war scenes, there are moments that could be seen as flashing, particularly some explosions. The image changed from near black metal to bright yellow-orange flames within very few frames, which may be a problem for people with photo-sensitive conditions if they are in a dark room.

There’s a scene where Sophie is floating through a kind of non existent in between space and it’s black and there’s bubbles around her so idk that might trigger similar reactions for some ppl

Though probably not intentional, when characters are to be to be viewed as “ugly” or “undesirable” they are often depicted with a large hooked nose.

The Witch of the Waste is a very large woman who has "lost her beauty", and she struggles to climb up a staircase.

Calcifer is referred to as a demon and there are a few witches and wizards. No specific religions mentioned.

Nothing graphic—Howl is the only character seen partially nude, as he is covering himself with a towel; all that is revealed to the viewer is his butt.

not directly, but as howl is greatly distressed due to his messed up potions and questioning his beauty and worth in life, it is downplayed and he is viewed as over dramatic.

The war is a backdrop and there are soldiers marching around. Planes shoot and drop bombs. There is a fantasy element to any of the fighting the characters are directly involved in.

There's a war and there are explosions in the background. It's not suggested they are nuclear in nature.
