The primary choice based mechanic is selecting either good, bad or no delusions for the MC to experience but as the game progresses the lines between these fantasies and reality blur considerably, including removing the visual and audio signifiers of the fantasies ending. Additionally some fantasies appear to alter reality as the protagonist understood it, leaving questions as to if everything prior was real or not.
