It's a question of definition, but something very close to rape, at least:
MAJOR SPOILER .................................................................................
Two men plan to pressure Gun to keep open the factory that is the workplace of many on their island - They will do this by giving him "a strong aphrodisiac" and then take pictures of him in bed with a prostituted person. The first bottle is lost, but accidentally drunk by Mi-Young. THe second is filled with extra much of their drug, and Gun drinks it. Because of a hotelroom where the figure 9 is turned upside down, Mi-Young ends in Guns bed, while the "hired help" ends in bed with the guy Mi-young had with her as her plus-one.
Gun and Mi-Young are only half conscious and can't remember details the next morning (much like real drug rape victims only gradually start remembering things over weeks after the crime) but when they wake up, the two factory workers jump in the door with cameras.
So even if the two involved are very happy during the act (shown in a metaphoric animation), this is obviously actually horrifying. Unbelievable that this is forgiven and forgotten right away.

Relieved to say that the following was the imagination of a third party, not the reality between the two involved: Someone is being kissed against their will - not by someone they really don't like, but they *really* are not wanting to be kissed, it's not coquetry. The kissing person is generally kind, but is at that point completely ignoring the many signals to not do it.
On the other hand, you can say that's what you get for habitually not saying the truth about your feelings, as is the case for the kissed person. So annoying!

ep. 10: A very young man and a less young woman have agreed to help the protagonist by creating a diversion. The woman is attracted to the young man and uses the occasion to kiss him a lot, even if he makes sign for her to stop.
And OMG later it becomes like, the office prize for having done a good job, that the boss slaps his male worker's bottoms. That is so distasteful. And yes, they have kind of hinted Mr. Tak is gay and have a crush on his boss, but gays can have a sense of dignity too, I believe!
