So much yes. Two scenes messed me up. First I'll give generic then spoilers below
Generic:
1. In the opening sequence car scene, once they start chanting, you know what's coming and it's pretty bad. You can listen, it's just screaming so as soon as the screaming stops you're good to watch the title card.
2. After the dinner scene, a light starts flickering on and off in a bedroom. At 36:00 (when the character turns it back on) , look away. At 36:55 the visual is over and you can look again.
Spoilers:
1. The woman gives birth graphically to a demon baby with wings. It starts flying around in the car, still attached to her via umbilical chord.
2. The lampshade is made of human faces (skin) like the dad talked about at dinner. The character shoves the lamp away and it rolls after him, the faces moaning. One of the faces mouth rips open and it screams
