In one episode a monk is forced to have sex with a female prostitute to gain sexual experience before 'bedding' the female shogun, when he first refuses another monk and an other prostitute are killed.

at around 8 minutes the young girl in charge tries to force arikoto to respond to the new name she gives him and when he refuses she strikes his face repeatedly with a hand fan leaving marks causing him to bleed, at around 14:15 masakatsu stands up to his mother and she slaps his face and belittles him (both scenes have build up and you will see it coming if you want to mute or look away)
