No specific character dies by suicide, but an event where a silhouette appears of an unknown man hanging in a noose would definitely fall under this. (See “Is there a hanging?”)

Maxwell, a cat “item” added as an Easter egg, can be eaten by cockroaches in the player’s base if the player does not purchase and use cockroach repellant. He simply disappears when this happens.

Bugs can be squashed, and some animalistic entities can be killed as well.

If Maxwell (an object that looks like a cat) is slung into a surface very hard (i.e., used with the hook tool and elastic'd into a surface), a loud crunching sound will happen and he will turn into a pile of bloody meat.

There’s a chance that upon interaction, Maxwell will turn into a skeleton before promptly exploding.

Some entities will cause you to lose exorbitant amounts of blood. In very rare events, the player may bleed and lose large chunks of flesh. It’s not extremely graphic, but it is pretty gross regardless.

The experience of complete isolation in the game with little outside contact can be unsettling. Aliens tend to interact with the player and play pranks on them (your coworkers can also play pranks on you), which can range from a little annoying or strange to genuinely distressing.

Using the toilet has a rare chance to cause the player character to start bleeding as a result of a kidney stone.

At night, there is a chance for an event to happen where a silhouette of a person hung in a noose can be seen under a light on a bridge near Tango. The event itself is harmless in-game.

Distressing images, sudden loud sounds, and entities suddenly appearing or lunging towards the player may be encountered in the game. There are also events and Easter eggs where mannequins or cutouts of gray aliens are placed in the base or around the map to intentionally frighten the player. The player also has a random chance of suddenly appearing in a nightmare while they are sleeping.

Oh yes. There are a LOT of mannequins that appear in the base when the player first arrives. They can be destroyed (by force, not burnt) so they are out of the way. Additionally, there are events where the mannequins actually move and follow the player, or stand behind doors to frighten them. Overall, though, they are harmless in-game.

Some events in game can cause sudden unprompted loud noises, like the power going out. Also sometimes objects can colide weirdly with the enviroment and get stuck in walls, floors, or other objects and create really loud and annoying sounds. Certain signals that you find can also be fairly loud though there is a volume setting on the in game control panel to adjust that.

An Easter egg console command “ariral.sex” is found in the game… Pretty sure it’s meant to just output “no :)”

The player can be damaged by certain entities or even some events, resulting in blood or flesh to splatter. Human bones can also be found scattered around the map.
