Not directly. In chapter 7 Khan's weak heart is mentioned. In chapter 11 it's mentioned that a specific fictional drug is known to cause heart attacks. In chapter 13 an elevated heart rate is mentioned and a heart attack is used as a prominent metaphor but it does not happen literally. In chapter 19 the heart attack from chapter 11 is mentioned again, and the dot on someone's heart monitor (ECG) figuratively freezes for a moment

One of the main characters, Khan, has a mother whose basement he lives in and she frequently tells him to 'get a real job' (rather than studying disappearances. I wouldn't call Aliyah Khan abusive (she does still help Khan in some of the scenes she is in) but the dynamic could hurt.
Additionally, the parents of the Lund girls (Ann-Margaret and Karl Lund) have somewhat ambiguous attitudes towards their daughters. There may have been some abuse but if there was it was likely not direct (and nonetheless we don't get much information on it).

The relationship between Jesper de la Guardie and his girlfriend Anita Lundqvist is toxic (with a toxic age gap: they began dating when Anita was 15 and Jesper was 30!) but I wouldn't exactly say that they have domestic violence. They do have a fight in chapter 10, when Jesper leaves her. They sling insults at each other. Jesper receives a mark on his wrist during the fight (though the hit isn't actually shown on screen).
