This is the story of two villages Rajupalem and Reddypalem separated because of love. Yet another love story starts between the daughter Laxmi of Rajupalem President and servant of Reddypalem President. There is yet another parallel story of an Ayurvedic doctor serving people of both the villages and being respected like a God by all. He in turn has another unseen face of the ladies coming for treatment. Has his real face fallen out and what happens then is one part and the climax of the love story is another part. Both these form the crux of the story.
