I have emetophobia, and in episode 4, Luffy v*s blue stuff (audio and visual) but that wasn’t very triggering to me. In some episode after that (i don’t remember which episode sorry), Usopp gets drunk and v*s (audio, nothing shown).

There's a group of Black-coded "fish people" villains who point out the racial division between fish people and humans. It's not an egregious misrepresentation, but their leader believes fish people are superior and is portrayed as villainous, which could be seen as feeding into the myth that Black Power is "anti-white." While Oda claims he created Nami and Sanji as white characters, they have more Eurocentric features here than in the source material, including blue eyes instead of brown/black eyes.
