I think it's episode five. It's when the twins see two people in black sitting outside their house in a black unmarked vehicle. They make a phone call. The next time you see the car you should brace yourself or look away or whatever cause there are three clowns for a brief time (a minute or less? I didn't time it).

When the water starts coming down onto the girls on stage sparks and flashing lights happen for quite a few seconds. Then at the comic book store when the owner hits the alarm button a red strobe light turns on and stays on long after the audible alarm stops. After the kid is kicked out of the storm it stops.
