Everyone’s death was a spectacle. Other women might feel differently, but as a woman I didn’t feel like women were given any particularly special treatment.
The only thing that comes to mind is *SPOILERS* that the store owner’s wife is cooked like a turkey, and the killer tries to force the owner to eat a slice of her leg meat. So that’s sort of special treatment, but it didn’t strike me in the moment.

You do see some remains of it on the character’s face after it takes place. The party host says something about “another satisfied customer” and you do hear another g*g in the background.
