1's hand is broken in the final fight, a scene shows him looking at it. It is metal though so instead of blood it just sparks (if I'm remembering correctly)
5 looses one of his eyes in a flashback, hencewhy he has a patch in place of where it should be. These characters are all robotic doll guys so it's not gorey
A snake monster uses one of the corpses as a puppet to hypnotize other characters, the corpse's eyes face the audience as they flash the first time you see them, this happens for a bit
The Russian dub changes the Stitchpunks from fragments of one person’s soul to each the soul of a different person. 7 (femme-presenting) is changed to be the soul of a woman rather than part of the masc-presenting scientist’s soul. This only applies to the Russian version, though.
Religious aspects like a cathedral set-piece and alchemy are present. 1’s hate of the “dark science” used to make the homunculi/dolls is reminiscent of someone condemning a pagan religion. The Russian dub has explicitly Catholic themes and implies that the scientist was killed by the Catholic God for engaging in alchemy.
