Absolutely no one throws up at all! Someone mentions they did but it was before the people got to him. Blood does come out of people's mouths but thats it. This movie is completely safe!

The black dudes character is the first graphic death. He gets launched out of the roller coaster and we see him hit his back on the tracks. :( first final destination movie we just skipped as we’re binge watching all of them
