- Lil is forced to work as a guardsman for her father. At first, it is while he gambles, then the authorities allow it, even nightshifts.
- Lil has a sort of time turner. When at the end of one level, it goes rogue and she is teleported to hell and repeatedly dies to the devil before escaping, she is denied when she demands to return the time turner that brought her there, with a pretty disgusting insistance that there are 'bigger things at stake'. There is no regard for her safety and frankly, the way she is treated after that incident is creepy and triggering.
