"73 Yards": A supernatural influence causes a previously-loving mother to abandon and shun her daughter. The daughter is a young adult, but it's still depicted as a wrenching experience.

Skip the part when Conrad goes to reunite with his mother. At 2min, the Doctor says "Happy New Year" and then the scene immediately following shows Conrad and his mother. The bad part is from 2:01-2:18 and then it's voiceover transitioning into the future when he's grown up.
What happened during the scene is mentioned in other people's comments, but basically when he reunited with his mum during the fireworks, we see her hit him, and basically call him a liar and says he's ruining her night.

These above mentioned aliens act sort of like sleeper agents, waiting to be "awoken" at the right time.
S2e3 someone knows about a supernatural force attached to herself but she tries to convince people nothing is there, she tries to convince the, to save her even though saving her could risk millions of lives and she seems to know this, more done out of fear than manipulation depending on your interpretation.
S2e4 a person gets in a relationship with Ruby, he then reveals he didn’t care for her at all and was using her to “expose UNIT”. He mentions never actually caring for her and playing with her feelings for months. He and his friends then set up “exposing UNIT” by putting people in alien costumes around and waiting until UNIT got there saying that UNIT intended to trick people into thinking aliens are real.

S2e1 an animal cries out as it is killed, no animal actor is seen and I’m sure no animals where intentionally harmed but I cannot 100% confirm whether the audio was made via acting on the animals part or was recorded while inhumane treatment was happening.

S2e1 a pet cat is shot with a ray gun and screams out, the skeleton briefly seen before it decintegrates. Unfortunately some peopl have voted “no” for this section despite the episodes continuing to be made and release as of typing this. Next time maybe wait until the whole series comes out or leave things that could happen in future episodes as unanswered.

S2e1 a woman is forced into fusing with a robot she refuses and the robots say her input is overruled. The robot turns out to be a controlling man who she dated previously and wouldn’t take no for an answer. They point out blatantly that he had taken “coercive control” of her and enforced it systematically in this Planet’s lore, culture, etc. This may be triggering to people who have had their consent discarded in a variety of ways. The doctor also DNA tests Belinda without her consent and she calls him out for this violation, he apologises.

Yes s2e1 a man has his dislocated shoulder reset, amaturely by a nurse character and he screams out. Please don’t repeat how she sets it in real life, that is not how you do it and can cause more damage, it was probably done inaccurately so it would show up well for camera.

There is a deaf woman who conlangs (signs and speaks) in s2e3 and she is played by a Deaf actress and multiple of the crew worked as interpreters and BSL consultants to make this happen and be as accurate as possible. From the “unleashed” (behind the scenes) special, this episode’s writing had input from the actress, Rose Ayling-Ellis, who plays Aliss and a lot of it is true to her lived experience as a deaf woman which includes ableism and audism (prejudice against deaf/hoh people) she has personally faced.
There is a wheelchair using character, Sherley Bingham, who appears sometimes at UNIT, the actress, Ruth Madeley, is a disabled person with spina bifida that uses a wheelchair.
There is a character with dwarfism, Lenny Rush, that uses a modified Segway as a disability aid, he is played by a disabled actor with dwarfism, Morris Gibbons.

Ambiguous / implied that we'll see the character again, but folks sensitive to stuff more along the lines of sacrificing yourself (though it's to save someone else) - be aware that the ending has something like that. More like lost/banished than unalived but worth mentioning.

In the episode the "Devil's Chord," the Doctor winks at the camera. He also says that he thought the music he was hearing was non-diagetic, which is music that the viewers can hear but the characters in a show cannot. Also, the Doctor Who theme song is in the episode. The Maestro looks at the camera before playing a different version of it on a piano, and then the song continues on the jukebox on the Tardis.

"Empire of Death": There is a scene with a baby basket that's implied to have an infant in it, but the baby itself is not seen.

No slurs, though there were gasps and such at the "scandelous" act of two masc presenting folks dancing together in the early 1800s fancy party setting, but I found it easy/enjoyable/fun to watch and wasn't triggered at all :)

A Deaf woman, Aliss, is present, when people talk amongst themselves they turn off a device that transcribes what they say, which is stopping her from accessing things that would be in typical earshot to a hearing person. Sometimes they forget to switch the device back on to talk to her. They intentionally talk about her like she is not there and she is left confused and scared. The doctor turns his translator device to warn Belinda she may be dangerous, as if he’s not sitting right in front of Aliss, but Aliss lipreads what he said and makes a comment about it being uncool. At one point the doctor deliberately turns his back to Aliss to talk to the team he’s working with and this makes Aliss understandably upset as she knows they are talking about her, the doctor then apologises and doesn’t do it again. It one point it’s mentioned Belinda doesn’t know BSL/sign as a nurse, which is illegal in this future civilisation and Belinda mentions that that is morally correct that all nurses should know BSL/Sign (this isn’t ableism I just personally loved it and it made me relive it wasn’t going to be a hot mess of audism and ableism)

In the episode "The Devil's Chord" the Maestro is accidentally called by a female pronoun before the person is corrected.

Ambiguous / implied that we'll see the character again, but folks sensitive to bury your gays stuff be aware that the ending is similar. More like lost/banished than unalived but worth mentioning.

Super disproportionate deaths in this ep (black guys die). I know I was upset about that and thought that worth mentioning. I was also excited to see Lenny Rush join the cast in this episode (he has dwarfism and SED and uses an ultra-modern standing mobility scooter the props department got him). His character was treated like any other member of the team / seemed respected. Disability rep has been good lately and I think in this episode as well but will update if I see concerns from those communities. Otherwise, I think it's good for minority rep.

"Dot and Bubble" features a group of racist characters. It's most overt in the final scene, but there are racist microaggressions throughout the episode.

"The Legend of Ruby Sunday": Not actually, but the supernatural villain has somewhat demonic imagery and one of his victims is referred to as being 'in Hell'.

There's some flirting with the main characters, consensual/mutual interest. One of the antagonists seems a bit icky but nothing too bad. I think he said he liked Ruby's hair but she wasn't pleased so maybe I missed something.

Not explicit but Susan Triad (the woman who keeps appearing) struggles with remembering things, reasonably quite upset over what's she seems to be going through in this ep, might be similar/triggering. This will be 33 minutes and after for The Legend of Ruby Sunday episode.

In the episode the "Devil's Chord," we do not see a nuclear explosion. We do, however, see a nuclear winter after humans have gone to nuclear war. Everything is ash.
