Heavily implied that the children were sexually abused by caregivers in the past. The governess interacts with the boy in a way that is, if not outright inappropriate, uncomfortable to watch.

Implied past abuse. At one point the governess screams at and grabs the girl roughly, which causes her to react in fear. iirc in one scene, the governess slaps the boy across the face.

I'm not sure whether it was outright happening, but the boy and girl are caught in a moment where they appear to be uncomfortably-inappropriately close.

I'm choosing to flag this as a 'yes' because of the heavy implication that the governess was physically (and perhaps sexually) abused by her father, including old injuries on her body which have scarred over.
In addition, deceased parental figures (who are not parents) are implied to have sexually or otherwise abused the children in their care. The behavior of those children is consistent with sexual abuse.

The housekeeper (Mado Remei, in this version, Mrs. Grose in the source material) does try to tell the governess it's all in her mind and I get why that would be triggering for people with gaslighting trauma. It's tough to make a factual ruling on any adaptation of The Turn of the Screw because the entire point is the ambiguity. A lot of ink has been spilled arguing whether the ghosts are real or not.

Again, much about this story is ambiguous. The governess *believes* the children (most especially the boy) to be possessed by spirits of the dead.
