In season 2 episode 10, we see the tour de wuhu running through the dog frisbee contest, as Neil shovel is telling the dog called pooch to watch out for the bikes we hear a dog yelping in the background, so it is heavily implied that pooch died.

Engine Room collapses due to an "injury to his confidence" on the pitch. Another character, Ozymandias, washes up unconscious after a storm while he was sailing, and Xavier momentarily gets knocked out during a boxing match, which he wins by knocking out his opponent. All of these cases are resolved and all characters are shown to be fine and (at least somewhat) healthy afterwards.
