He finds a man holding down an infected woman in her cell. It's not 100% clear what he's doing but he says, "I hate fucking screamers" and appears to be choking her to death. But the audience is likely to identify with the main character who also doesn't appear to know exaclty what's going on, saying, "What the hell are you doing?" And to make it worse, the second soldier is urinating on the floor next to the infected woman. She escapes the scene and is then shot.
