The following description may be triggering itself to those uncomfortable with teeth damage, but I think it needs specific warning for since it's such an unusual scene and may squick those not usually bothered by this trigger. As part of this scene, one of the murderers takes the teeth that have been removed and blends them up into 'smoothie' (with pizza and beer, hence the author's content warning) and forces the victim to drink it.

Lachlan realizes that Ethel drugged the muffins. Lark didn't know but says she suspected because Ethel told her not to eat any. Leander is fine and ultimately finds it funny
