One of the main characters, Lark, was sexually abused by a teacher when she was in high school. It is referenced throughout the book but the sexual abuse itself is not graphically depicted. A major aspect of the book is that Lark has become a vigilante killer who murders other sexual predators, so there are some additional references to this trigger in relation to her victims

C21
There's a GRAPHIC eye mutilation scene in Chapter 21 (chapter title "Enucleate"). The scene involves the main characters breaking into a morgue and stealing a corpse's eye to use to get past a security scanner. The lead-up makes it obvious what will happen, so it can be skimmed/skipped.
There are multiple other mentions of eye mutilation because one of the side characters is a serial killer known for removing her victims' eyes, but none are graphic

Multiple instances - one of the main characters is missing part of a finger and it comes up throughout the book. However, by far the most graphic is the same scene that is described for eye mutilation - when the main characters break into the morgue, they also remove fingers from the corpse (to access information protected by a fingerprint scanner)

A man's teeth are removed as torture before he is murdered.
WARNING. The following description may be triggering itself to those uncomfortable with teeth damage, but I think it needs specific warning for since it's such an unusual scene and may squick those not usually bothered by this trigger. This is also for anyone who is concerned/wants more info on the 'pizza and beer' content warning the author includes in the list at the beginning.
As part of this scene, one of the murderers takes the teeth that have been removed and blends them up into 'smoothie' (with pizza and beer, hence the author's content warning) and forces the victim to drink it.

No, but the climax of the book involves one of the main characters being trapped in an oven. The oven turns on, but she is rescued quickly afterwards and is therefore not burned.

-In the scene where Lark and Lachlan first meet with Leander together and he demands that they bring him some of Lark's great-aunt Ethel's famous muffins homemade by her, he passes out after their conversation. Lachlan realizes that Ethel drugged the muffins. Lark didn't know but says she suspected because Ethel told her not to eat any. Leander is fine and ultimately finds it funny
-Lark is drugged and kidnapped by her attacker when he breaks into her home
-In the last chapter, because Leander had found the muffin incident funny, Lark buys him a beer to 'apologize,' but drugs the beer, so he passes out again

Multiple instances:

SPOILERS:
-Someone kills a hospital patient by changing the drugs they are receiving through their IV. No graphic needles in this scene since the patient already had the IV, but syringes and IV tubing etc are described
-The murderer also breaks into the main character's home and drugs her using a syringe. Later, other characters find the murder's belongings and notice syringes among them

One of the main characters, Lark, is claustrophobic and is put into claustrophic situations several times in the book:
-The other main character (Lachlan) makes her ride in the trunk of a car the first time they meet (though she's able to escape pretty quickly)
-An elevator gets stuck with the two main characters (and their dog) in it
SPOILERS:
-There's a flashback scene showing why she is claustrophic - when she was young, she hid in a closet for hours during a home invasion, while her father was killed & her mother was badly injured
-The antagonist of the book kidnaps her and she wakes up trapped in an oven meant for cooking food in large batches

The villain of the story is obsessed with religion and often quotes bible verses or says that God is guiding his actions. He openly criticizes Lark when she tells him that she was religious in the past but is not anymore.
