Not on screen, although the plot of the movie is that one of the people in the elevator does have a bomb strapped to their body, which could be triggering for this category

Not directly/onscreen. There are a lot of references to it in speech; for example, the comedian makes a joke about eating the reporter and asks her to sleep with him. There is also a mention of having sex on a desk at one point.

There is a tense moment where Don has his head half outside the elevator where it looks like it might drop on him, but his head is fine. His arm, however, is less so.

Martin is a bigger guy and they make several fat jokes about him, including having his introduction being him walking into the elevator with sauce on his face.
!!!!Spoilers!!!
He is also the only one (besides the one responsible for the bomb) who does not make it out of the elevator because the bomb squad doesn't make a space big enough for him to get out. It's mildly infuriating.

From 1:13:05-1:16:11 is the worst; they're mutilating a corpse and it's horrible sounds. There's also a short cracking noise at 56:30-56:35 (I BELIEVE--I lost my timestamp note for that one, there will be a spot where Don is trying to hit the outside buttons and the grandaughter is hitting the inside buttons; when it starts to get tense, jump ahead to about 58:45 and you should be fine)

Mostly from the comedian, my GOD.
He makes several fat jokes toward Martin, but he also harps on Mohammed the security guard; there are several instances of asking whether he is a terrorist, whether has a bomb, what he knows about bombs, etc.
The pregnant lady also uses the r slur once.

Not technically, although a pregnant woman does pee in a handbag in front of 7 other people and it's real awkward. 28:55-30:55 if you want to skip over it.

Both Barton and his granddaughter have dissociative episodes after the lights come back on at 58:56 The granddaughter has a blank stare for the remainder of the film and chants the same phrase over and over again when the camera is on her while Barton speaks slowly for several minutes before seeming to snap back to reality.

Not intentionally, although one character is unintentionally sacrificed and says that he supposes he is the hero now. It's played very similarly to someone sacrificing themselves, but he wasn't given a choice to do so

Very vaguely and very briefly a few times, but not in depth. There's a moment where the comedian says he doesn't pray, and Mohammad says he should, and they argue about it.
