There is not. Depending on how sensitive the topic is for you, though, you may be uncomfortable with some characters. There are several characters who are clearly written as adults but appear childishly physically. Piper is one of the main examples. I wouldn’t count characters who are just short like Koleda

There are three non-humanoid robotic characters that you rescue, only to have them absorbed by a boss and making you fight an amalgamation of their bodies. They survive though.

Greta, a smart construction machine, had a building collapse onto her. But she was in no way injured or trapped, and only hurt emotionally because she accidentally "killed" a building she was in love with.

Von Lycaon has prosthetic legs, but his English voice actor, Nicholas Thurkettle, does not. That was the only one I checked, but I doubt they made any attempt to have any disabled characters be played by disabled voice actors. And given the quality of the prosthetics, any motion capture was presumably also done by the able-bodied.
