There's no assault in the film but there are two scenes which could still be distressing or uncomfortable.
The first involves a man approaching a woman with unprompted sexual intent. However, nothing else happens as he's immediately shoved away by another character and the woman leaves.
The second involves an orc throwing the same female character onto a bed during a fight and restraining her (tearing some fabric whilst doing so) before cutting her cheek with a knife. This is quickly interrupted by another character who knocks out the orc. The intent of the orc here is to capture her by knocking her out (as the blade is later revealed to be poisoned), but the action of the scene may still be uncomfortable.

One of the orcs' head is mostly destroyed by a sniper shot. Whilst this isn't exactly it getting squashed, it's still a brief moment of heavy head trauma (though it doesn't linger on the shot and it's fairly basic CGI).

For what it's portraying I personally wouldn't call it excessive as it's pretty limited by the budget and not particularly convincing, but your mileage may vary. There's defintely some gore like dismemberment and characters getting stabbed, but I don't think there are ever any visible insides and it's all fairly cheap looking.

This is basically the entire movie, though it mostly results in bad CGI blood splatters. The most explicit instance I can think of involves a headshot on an orc by a sniper (though this is also handled through CGI).
