Not really unless you think about it really hard but the villains are particularly harsh and violent to another one of the villains occasionally. It’s often played as a joke

In “The Wrath of Shreeky” Beastly says “Maybe later” when he finds beauty cream. In “Caring for Spring” Beastly wears a dress as a disguise. In “Order on the Court” Lotsa Heart wears a tutu/dress (Lotsa Heart was male at the time) None of these instances are portrayed in a negative light (Except debatably in “Caring for Spring” because the villain was trying to trick Hugs and Tugs to use their last wish)

There is a character who screams at a high pitch throughout many episodes as part of her character and it can be grating to some.

Hugs bear almost drowns in “Dr Brightenstien’s Monster” but is saved. People fall into the water multiple times in “Hearts at sea”. Champ bear falls into a river while tied to a chair is saved. (The villains fall down a waterfall but are obviously fine) In “Under the Bigtop” The villains fall into a water trough and are under the water for a significant time. In “A Rhyme in Time” Hugs has a vision about getting splashed with a big wave in a bathtub. In “Lost at Sea” there are a couple of instances of someone underwater. In “Desert Gold” and “The Most Ancient Gift” The villains fall in water and resurface moments later.

Not in the traditional sense but in “The Caring Crystals” Beastly’s personality is altered twice in two separate ways through magic

Treatheart is suspected to be eating the ship’s supplies in one episode “A Hungry Little Guy” but isn’t and they apologize for suspecting her. They don’t make fun of her in said episode. Sometimes there are light jokes made by Treatheart herself but nothing insulting her or anything that I can think of particularly upsetting.

One of the villains, who is a child, has a magic mirror that is broken in several episodes but it’s always fixed in the next episodes. Said character destroys another child’s care packages in “The Gift of Caring” multiple times but it works out in the protagonists’s favor
