Watch with caution if you are sensitive to discussions of pedophilia.
I hesitate to say Yes because of the light-hearted nature of the show not taking this very seriously, but it is repeatedly mentioned that Konata and her dad who share a mutual interest in otaku culture play dating sims of adult nature and her father even buys them for her until she is old enough to do so herself. While Konata is never hit, yelled at or otherwise abused on-screen there is a clear lack of healthy boundaries and a very unhealthy father/daughter relationship going on with Konata and her father. Konata is also said to look exactly like her mother in one episode, and in another her father calls her "my kind of girl" out loud to her face. In the beach episode Konata deliberately wears an old swimsuit from when she was in elementary school to a public beach to cater to people with "special interests" It is not outright stated, but it is implied she means lolicons/pedophiles. It is always played off as a light-hearted weird thing that Konata's father is a pedophile who stalks underage girls, and, in the Sports Festival episode, uses a camera to take photos of them as well.

In episode 1 a chocolate coronet is compared to a caterpillar- a visual is shown but it is cartoony and not very realistic.
In episode 6, while preparing to leave to travel home with everyone Tsukasa picks up a seashell and after taking it away from her ear, a centipede-like bug crawls out of it.
A mosquito-like sound is played in an early episode when a character struggles to go to sleep, but is not shown on screen.
In a late-season episode three characters have a conversation about mosquitoes. A mosquitoe sound is played during the scene since one is hovering around them. One is shown on screen briefly sucking blood from someone's arm. It's drawn more realistically than the caterpillar.

Three characters discuss common portrayals of drunk men in media - when they discuss them commonly carrying takeout a simple representation of a drunk man (in a much simpler art style) gags and turns to vomit, but the scene is cut before he actually does.

A prominent side-character is a cop, but is shown to not be the best role-model due to her not taking her job seriously and in one episode goofing off on duty. For most of the series she is not on duty.

While not used, a syringe is briefly shown on screen during a discussion of dentists' offices. It is an oversized prop for a nurse character.
