towards the end someone goes to investigate Jerry's appartment; when the indivual opens the door Bosco runs out of the door and runs off screen, minutes later Mr. Whiskers tells Jerry that Bosco ran off and got hit by a van but i believe thats just Jerry's psyche rationalizing the abscense of Bosco and that he actually didnt die. The cat doesnt die either for anyone wondering (my wife made me search all over google if the cat died before she would watch this movie with me and im sure some of you can relate).

The first one appears off screen and it's Ryan's character vomiting the pills he took bc he couldn't hear his animals talk and it made him feel alone and it scared him so he makes himself vomit in a toilet off screen. The second one is near the end, we don't se the guy vomiting but we see the vomit hitting the ground, after a character opens the door of Ryan's apparemment and he sees how much of a mess it is it makes him sick
