Temporarily. Luke's pet mice are initially left behind at the hotel, because he has no way of recovering them once he becomes a mouse himself. They are returned to him in the final scene, however.

It is a central plot point that the witches target children for malevolent/murderous ends, and there are obvious parallels between their tactics and those of real-life child predators - enticing them with gifts and candy, feigning friendliness, etc. The two main children are turned into mice after being fed contaminated chocolate, and the witches attempt to step on them (but fail). Another child is abducted in a flashback sequence. There's also a sequence where a witch pushes a baby in a stroller down a hillside.

Two on-screen, several implied deaths of mice, all of whom are witches who have been transformed.

Traps are set out for mice in the hotel but none are caught in them. Some people/witches that are turned into mice get chased, stepped on/killed, and one gets the tip of their tail caught by a knife. No other animals are harmed.

nothing bad happens to his actual pet mice, they get out but he sees them later when he’s a mouse under the stairs, together doing just fine. however, there’s quite a bit of “animal anxiety” throughout the ENTIRE film of mice almost getting stepped on, squashed, eaten by cats, a tail gets nipped at the very end by a knife in the kitchen but nothing detached it just bleeds a little, and there’s mouse traps everywhere that they run by. the actual mice that get killed are all witches, and it’s quite clear when it’s a fake or real mouse, but it’s pretty hard to see if you’re a rodent lover.

Luke's pet mice, William and Mary, both survive; they spend much of the story lost in the hotel, but are returned to him in the final scene.

No damaged teeth per se but when the witches remove their 'glamour' they have some rotten gross looking teeth.

Kids are turned into mice, and an instance of a child being kidnapped and never found is described in a flashback by the grandma. It's never explicitly said she's killed, but heavily implied.

In the beginning, not on screen. Both parents drive away in a car, then the next morning a police officer shows up to say he "has some bad news".

Not dysmorphia but as I mentioned, the Witches are disguised or in 'glamour' and look very different in reality, especially the Grand High Witch

Dahl’s portrayal of witches has antisemitic roots. Probably not a coincidence since he was extremely antisemitic IRL.
