One of the ponies is taken in as child by a villian. She is commonly yelled at, belittled for not doing things properly, and made to do work for the villian. The villian manipulates, gaslights, and lies to her regularly. The pony is an adult (I believe) when the main story happens and most of the scenes between them and the villian occur when she's grown. The audience does learn that she was a young pony when she first started living with the villian. She does mention at times about how she was "bullied" or "always lived with a bully". She also mentions how she missed out on things or has never experienced certain common experiences (going to a beach, some holidays, sleepovers, etc.). Their relationship is not meant to be seen as a loving guardian and their child, and it's fairly obvious that she has been mistreated.
She gets a happy ending where she meets ponies who care about her and help her through learning about things she missed out on, and she gets new ponies she can call family. Still, it may be triggering to some to see the interactions between her and the villian, especially as the villian is a sort of surrogate parent and they live together for some time.
It's a kid's show so nothing too extreme is shown. There is some neglect (like her not having any friends, left on her own for hours, the villian doesn't even notice when she is gone) and verbal/emotional abuse (don't mess up again or else, make yourself useful for once). Again, like 95% of this is when the pony is grown, we only see I think one or two scenes of her as a kid with the villain, but the situation and kinda parent/child dynamic could be triggering.

Yes, if you consider someone who took in a pony only to make them do work for them to a "parent". See child abuse section for more details.

Does an abused person forgive their abuser?

In a very mild sense, yes. There is some racism between pony kinds (earth, pegasus, and unicorn ponies) originally and then they get along later. I'm not sure if that's really what this tag is getting at though.
There is a pony who has an abusive parental figure. She does not openly forgive them (also doesn't seem to hate them or not forgive them either. Just kind of neutral on what they've been through). She does go against what that pony wants in the end. I would say the show doesn't go in depth enough in their relationship to know for certain if she did or didn't forgive them.

For some of the show, a pony who is raised by (and likely abused by) a villian does some "villianous" things as well to try to please the villian or complete tasks for them. This pony is shown to be conflicted with what they are doing often, and sometimes stops their task to help instead. Eventually they leave the villian and then don't do anything mean anymore.
I wouldn't necessarily call this the abused become the abuser, because they are being manipulated and gaslight into doing things and often show hesitation or remorse for following what the villian wants.

The baby dragon, Sparky, does fart sometimes. It's like a cloud of pinkish fire, and can cause magical stuff to happen (because his fire has magic). It's played as joke and not meant to be too gross.

Is someone kidnapped?

There is a planned (somewhat successful) kidnapping a baby dragon.
It's kind of unclear whether a pony is kidnapped or taken in, but at one point a pony gets lost and is then taken in by the pony who found them. The pony who takes them in does not treat them well. I honestly have no idea if it was by chance that this pony found the lost pony and took them in, or if it was supposed to be a kidnapping. They made no effort to return the lost pony, so I would consider it a kidnapping especially as they are not paternal/maternal and didn't take them in out of caring about the pony or wanting to give them a good home.

If you consider a baby dragon spitting or burping fire, then yes.

Not shown on screen and happens before show begins. Some ponies do not have a parent/parents around anymore and while they never outright say their parent has passed, it is implied.

Within reason, yes. Some ponies do not have their parents around anymore and while no explanation is given other than them "not being around", it can be assumed for at least one of these ponies that their parent has passed (there is a video recording of their parent talking to them, "giving" them items they didn't get to before). Some it's harder to tell if they were raised by a single parent, or if they had their other parent pass, so it's pretty much down to whatever the viewer thinks.
