When two hit men take out a dangerous mobster, the last thing they expect is for him to have a four-year-old daughter - now an orphan. But when they decide to take custody of the child, their life turns upside down! The only thing I can think of that may be triggering is in the last episode. A person falls on a knife and the hole in their neck is seen bubbling as the person tries to make a sound. Pretty gross but doesnt last very long.
