there's no on-screen rape in season 1. there are several non-detailed references to rape throughout the season and (SPOILER) it's implied that Samia's incarceration means she will be raped. also, in episode 104 the professor hits on Danny and puts his hand on her thigh; when she turns him down he stops.

In Episode 5 ‘Rat Trap’ a female operative is threatened with rape by a man. At this point she is bound to a chair and physically defenseless.
In Episode 4, a female character is touched on the neck and thigh by her professional superior. It stops there, but is a creepy action. He apologises the next encounter but mostly to save his career.
