Seems a bit odd to say yes for a kids show, but there is a robot ally that is killed via this method. While there is no blood/gore (it's a robot afterall), it may still be visually disturbing, especially to younger audiences. It is done with a lazer-like sword. Dream shark that is created from a stuffed animal, so it's orange and more cute/cartoony.
There is also a shark boat that is used by the nightmare people. This is creepier and has it's teeth showing. The shark itself never does anything other than act like a ship though.

A monster/evil eel is eaten by a goose. 11:03 - 10:47 (Netflix/backwards time). It's not very graphic. It does show the goose grabbing the eel with it's beak, cuts to show the shadows of them, and pans back with the eel's tail sticking out of the goose mouth. The goose then burps some purple goo on the floor. While mildly gross, I wouldn't consider this scene graphic and the characters are not disturbed by this, they are cheering the goose on since it's helping them fight the monsters. There is a single comment of "gross but effective" after the goose burps.
