Close to the end of the episode (around 46 minutes in) a woman v**** a little after she throws something in the forest, she‘s standing in front of the car and it happens very suddenly, there are warnings though, she bends over and I think she gags, I immeadiatly covered my ears and looked away, I THINK there is only audio and no visual, but can‘t say 100% because I looked away. When I looked back, she was standing again, but bent over again (again no visual), so it happens twice in that scene, you are save when the scene is a little zoomed out and she gets in her car again.
All in all its a very short scene, you can skip after she throws the item until you see the car driving away.
