In Season 1, Episode 1 (“Trapped in a Twister”), you see a few different dogs - all survive.

• First dog (around the 17-min mark): After the tornado passes through a building, someone is shown huddled in a bathroom holding a dog and saying, “Oh no, Timmy [the dog] got hurt.” The injury isn’t shown, and from the brief glimpse you get, the dog appears okay, so the extent of the injuries is unclear.
• Second dogs (starting around the 21-min mark): Storm chasers approach a pickup truck on the road near a tornado. The truck looks like it’s been roughed up, and the owner is holding a frightened-looking dog. A few minutes later, you see two or three more small dogs in a car - they were rescued with their owners from the rubble of a house. All of these dogs appear to be fine.
