Tbh, I don’t know if this means misophonic triggers or a portrayal of misophonia, but assuming triggers, there are many repetitive noises such as heavy breathing, whispering voices, crunching footsteps, aerosol sprays, and so on.
There are a few underground levels but they often feel spacious enough. This being a horror game, some locations might feel oppressive/dense in atmosphere to some.
Early on, the player encounters a suicidal man on top of the building. (I haven't seen all possibilities) but there's at least one outcome where he will jump off the building. Aftermath isn't shown.
Throughout the game, the player can find corpses and notes implying suicide.
