William Sloan is a professional enforcer for the Martinez drug cartel. When an old flame comes back into his life, he begins to have second thoughts about the life he has chosen. Starting off as a low-level soldier for a South Texas drug cartel, Will (Michael Ochotorena) gets an opportunity to level up. In an attempt to give the woman he loves everything she wants, he takes out a competing drug boss, which earns him the respect and admiration of his employers. But Will’s violent lifestyle causes Sara (Stormy Lopez) to leave him. Several years later, she returns to his life.
