Two brothers, one trained in literature and the other in the audiovisual field, join forces to follow in the footsteps of their great-uncle poet Juan Bernier during the Spanish Civil War, before his foray into writing and the founding of the renowned literary group Cántico. The film, conceived as a sort of "road movie," follows the steps of the Cordoban poet through Spain during those turbulent years and the places he visited during that period.
