No, but it was kind of weird to me that Remus Lupin was friends with Chiara Lobosca (26 vs 13) and they kept seeing each other outside of the castle so Chiara could give him a wolfbane potion without "anyone knowing". Lupin cuts the friendship though and says that he won't be coming back anymore, but it still gave me weird vibes, especially because Tonks (his future wife) is Chiara's classmate of the same age.

Year 5th student here. So far I've seen four explicit v* scenes and two written ones
1- Starting in year 3, Barnaby will ask you to brew him an antidote during potions class. If you fail the mini game, he'll explicitly throw up. It looks really unrealistic though
2- Sometimes during duels, the opponent might hit you with a defensive spell, making your MC to throw up a huge slug. The MC is with their back to the viewer and it's unrealistic, but it still can be triggering. You can avoid looking at it if you look away for a few seconds when you see your character bending over repeatedly like if they were going to be sick
3- In St. Mungo's location, there's a guy who throws up slugs into a bag. He's standing in front of a corridor and it's pretty explicit, but it's also very cartoony and there's no liquid, just one single dry slug, but his movements before doing so + the fact he has a bag in his hands can be a bit triggering to a severe emetophobic until you see it's not really a biggie because of the animation
4- in Y5, Chapter 10 Part 5, when MC and Jae go to the Borgin & Burkes they encounter a dark witch that tells them to pay what they owe. Right after she mentions that they could pay with their blood, eyes or nails, she pulls out her wand and hexes Jae, making him v* slugs explicitly. The animation of him v*ing is a loop and it won't stop until MC casts the finite incantatem AFTER having a duel with the dark witch, so there's no way to safely skip this
As for the written times
1- In year 3, if you fail to pick the right ingredient for Madam Rosmerta during her task, people in the Three Brooms will throw up after drinking the new butterbeer. It's not seen, but it's implied it happens and the sound is written
2- In Chiara's special adventure (Lone Wolf), after Madam Pomfrey tells you that Chiara is good at helping sick students, she'll get interrupted by a student asking for a bucket because they're going to be sick. It's not seen, but the sound of then doing so its written like interrupting their dialogue. Prior to that, Madam Pomfrey also mentions that Chiara helped rubbing the back of a student that was v* slugs all night
There are mentions of v* without it being shown throughout the game as well, in Lone Wolf when you tap in the first student of the infirmary they'll tell you they threw up on Professor Snape. In Year 3, when you do the study lesson of Mimbulus mimbletonia, Professor Sprout will ask the students please not to v* in the plant pots this time. It doesn't happen though
Edit: In Flume's Clues, Part 4 Task 2, there's a scene in which a frog spits out an object. You just see the object coming out of the frog's mouth and once it's in the floor there's a small puddle of saliva. It's very quick, but it took me by surprise
Edit 2: In Valentine's Day's Ball, Part 3 Task 2, Jae says that hearing about Pitts makes him want to v*, but he doesn't do it.
