Season 2 (Episode 6): Daniel sees a kid placing a dog down a chute. We just hear the dog crying. It's implicit, but we discover that the chute leads to a cell full of walkers (so, they were feeding walkers with dogs).

Season 2 (Episode 8): Two dogs attack Nick. He climbs on a van, but the dogs try to get him. After that, many walkers appear and the dogs try to attack and bite them. In a very shocking and sad scene, walkers surround the dogs and eat them. When walkers left, Nick eats what is left of the dogs carcasses (the whole scene is explicit).
Season 3 (Episode 4): A stray dog barks at the walkers, saving Daniel. The dog runs and the walkers follow it. We don't know what happened to the dog.

Season 3 (Episodes 12 and 13): Many dogs lived on the ranch where the characters were. A gigant horde of walkers invade the ranch and almost everybody dies. We don't see what happened to the dogs and other animals, but they are all presumably dead because apparently no one saved them.
