Adding to the other commenter who didn't finish the scene: The very disturbing scene shows a horrible looking zombie-baby crying in a highchair. You can hear the baby cry before it's shown and then it's shows for just a moment. The scene cuts away very quickly but it is quite jarring and in my opinion the scariest part of the whole movie.

There is a disturbing scene of a zombie baby crying in a high chair, the scene is when the main character swims out to a small boat, boat has bloody marks on the interior and signs of a struggle, the baby is inside the cabin. Was distressing, I skipped the scene immediately so I don’t know what happened next.
